Terms of service
The Art Photography Gallery is a business trading in the art, printing, and framing industry that offers quality fine art photographic prints and bespoke display options both online and through our dedicated street-front galleries.
DELIVERY POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are usually processed within three working days. On shipment, a tracking number will be confirmed by e-mail. All print packaging and deliveries are free of charge. We only use reputable international courier companies like FedEx, UPS and DHL.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
The provision of goods and services by the Art Photography Gallery is subject to availability. If prints are unavailable or sold out, the Art Photography Gallery will refund the client in full within 10 (Ten) working days.
Cancellation of orders by the client before shipment will attract a 0% administration fee.
The Art Photography Gallery only prints on fully archival paper with high-quality gallery ink. Prints quality is guaranteed in quality with a full 100% refund or replacement option if unsatisfied.
The Art Photography Gallery ensures all shipments against loss or damage. In the case of loss or damage, a replacement print will be dispatched on notice without delay.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
The Art Photography Gallery shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal
information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express Cards, Paypal or by bank transfer into the Art Photography Gallery bank account, the details of which will be provided on the invoice or on request. We regretable do not accept cash payments.
TAX
All taxes, including VAT, will be settled by the Art Photography Gallery to ensure your order's shipment. All taxes and duties, including VAT applicable in the delivery country, are payable by the ordering client.
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Card transactions will be acquired for the Art Photography Gallery via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
CUSTOMER DETAILS KEPT SEPERATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by the Art Photography Gallery separately from card details which the client enters on DPO PayGate's secure site.

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
RESPONSIBILITY
The Art Photography Gallery takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
The laws of South Africa govern this website, and the Art Photography Gallery chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. VARIATION
The Art Photography Gallery may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
