Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at martinosnergallery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, was damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong artwork or print, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
