Shipping policy

Delivery is free on every work, to every country we deliver to. Prints, originals and celebration prints alike.

How your work travels

Door to door by air freight, with internationally recognised couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. Every delivery is guaranteed, and insurance is included in the price.

Prints are sent unframed, rolled in a strong tube. Framed works, including our original paintings, travel crated. Each artwork page tells you which way that work is sent.

Framing

Would you like your print framed? We frame in our Hout Bay workshop and send the framed work crated. Framing and crated delivery are quoted separately, and we agree the quote with you before anything is made or sent. Email info@osnergallery.com, or ask from the artwork page.

How long it takes

Usually 7 to 10 days from order to your door. Prints are made within 48 hours, carefully packed, then sent. Some parts of the world are a little quicker, a few a little slower.

Original paintings travel the same way. Once a painting is complete and ready, it usually reaches you within 7 to 10 days, packed and crated for the journey.

As soon as your work is on its way, we email you the tracking number.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, tell us straight away at info@osnergallery.com, with a photograph of any damage. We send a replacement print without delay, at no cost to you. Original paintings are insured in transit too, and we will put it right with you. If a commissioned painting is damaged on the way, a new painting is made for you free of charge.

Collecting in Hout Bay

You are welcome to collect your order from the gallery at 14 Luisa Way, Hout Bay, Cape Town. Choose "Pick up" at checkout. We print and prepare your artwork first, which usually takes 2 to 4 working days, and email you as soon as it is ready. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm, and closed on Sundays.

Duties and taxes

We are not a VAT vendor, so no VAT or tax is added to our prices, and there is no VAT to claim back. Depending on your country, import duty or tax may be charged when the work arrives. This is set by your country's customs and excise rules, is out of our control, and is payable by you on arrival.

Your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as you can and we will correct it before the work is sent.
